Get that heart pumping and blast away calories with this treadmill workout-

5 min. warm up (jogging pace)

Effort = 30 sec. @ 100%

Recovery = 90 sec. @ 65%

Repeat 10 times for a total of 20 min.

5 min. cool down

Prevents lower back injury

*Use the following Core circuit to develop a stronger, more efficient core-

2×1 min plank

2×1 min side plank

2×1 Bicycle kick

Experience an hour of Power.  A workout designed to burn calories and develop functional strength through: body weight static holds, dynamic lifts, core strength, plyometrics and resistance bands. Power Hours take place every  Monday and Wednesday at 6am.

Want to experience half a Power Hour? Tuesday and Thursday we offer a 30 minute Core class from 12- 12:30pm.

Classes are open to all faculty, staff, students and 1782 members
